Carl was a good man. When I first came to work at US Stove as a teenager, he took me in and built positivity around me. He spoke kindly, walked gently, and I never had to look far for a great example. His legacy lives on in the indelible mark he left on this earth for all who knew him. He will be missed. My thoughts and prayers for the family.
Carl was such a good man. I have known him my entire life. I remember him when I was just a kid, playing softball on my dad's softball team. Recently I had enjoyed several good conversations with him at Hardee's on Saturday mornings. My dad and I just visited with him last week one morning at Hardee's. I will never forget Carl's last words to me as long as I live. "Your family is all you've got. Take care of them." Carl definitely loved his family as was evident from our conversations on many Saturday mornings. Prayers for the family.
