Mrs. Paula Jane Tabacchi 73 of Scottsboro passed away on Wednesday January 2, 2019. At her home. Mrs. Tabacchi was the owner and manager of the Sandwich Shop in Scottsboro for many years. Mrs. Tabacchi is survived by her Husband D Read Obituary
Oh how I loved that sweet lady. I treasure the recipes she shared with me as well as advice. Always enjoyed lunch with Paula. She is one of those special people that leave a handprint on your heart.

Paula was so dear to me; she was a good neighbor, friend and a fabulous cook. I always loved going to her shop for lunch and hearing her, Big Dean and Little Dean’s funny banter. I loved to hear her talk and she was the only person that I would let call me Kaaaron…I will miss you my friend and there is a void that can never be filled. I pray your journey is peaceful.
I have known Paula 30 plus years,she always treated me and my family with up most respect .We loved eating her food and I always enjoyed love chi chatting with her. One place I could go and she would always serve me what I wantedeven if a bowl of Mac and cheese ,she didn't care as long as you left her restaurants full and happy. Dean and family ,my thoughts and prayers are with you. So sad to get a message of her passing. I will not be able to come to the service but know I will be praying for you all
