Andre M Williamson's Obituary
Andre Maurice Williamson was born September 8,1952 in Guntersville, Alabama to the late Roosevelt and Katherine Williamson. He was raised in Guntersville, AL and later moved to Scottsboro, AL. He departed life on September 21, 2021 at Cumberland Health and Rehab in Stevenson, AL.
He was preceded in death by his parents and siblings, Benjamin and Kim Williamson.
Andre graduated in 1970 from Lakeview High School in Guntersville, AL. He played football and basketball. He worked at Gold Kist for over 30 years and later retired.
Andre is survived by his loving and devoted wife, Pam Williamson of Scottsboro, AL; his two sons: Chrunn Williamson (Allison) of Guntersville, AL and Taygan Harris of Scottsboro, AL. Two step-sons: D.J. Harris and T.J. Harris of Scottsboro, AL. One step-daughter: Shantae Harris Smith (Quinntis) of Scottsboro, AL., his eight grandchildren: C.J. Williamson, Jerrell Williamson, Alyssia Williamson, Colby Strickland, Aniyah Harris, Kaylee Harris, Taziya Harris and Tymberlee Harris. One great grandson Karson Harris. Three sister-in-law’s, Claudettte Williamson of Guntersville, AL and Carol Williamson of Boaz, Alabama and Phyllis Harris if Auburn, AL. One brother in-law Eugene Harris of Conyers, Georgia. Host of nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.

Visitation will be held on Tuesday, September 28, 2021 from 6 PM – 8 PM at the Rudder Funeral Home in Scottsboro, AL.
Homegoing Celebration will be held at 1 PM on Wednesday September 29, 2021 at the Rudder Funeral Home ~ Chapel in Scottsboro, AL. Rev. Gary Spears and Bro. Ed Woods will be officiating. Interment into Cedar Hill Cemetery in Scottsboro, Alabama to follow Homegoing Celebration.
