Annie Ruth Lancaster Johnson, 88 of Cumming, Ga, died March 31, 2015. Ruth was the daughter of the late Sanford Henry and Orpha Gertrude Waldrop Lancaster, Sr. born December 23, 1926 in Gadsden, AL. She was preceded in death by her husband of 59 years David Paul Johnson; brothers: Bill, James, S.H. Jr. and Hoyt Lancaster; and sister Grace Yager.
Survivors include her children: Linda Sue Mayben, David Baxter (Laurel) Johnson, Cheryl Ann Sanders; 7 grandchildren; 4 great-grandchildren; nieces, nephews and other relatives.
Visitation will be Thursday, April 2, at 1 PM CDT at Rudder Funeral Home in Stevenson, AL.
The Funeral Service will begin at 2 PM CDT on Thursday, April 2, in the funeral home chapel.
