Mrs. Annie Ruth "Ruby" Cothron's Obituary
Mrs. Annie Ruth Cothron was born on May 8, 1945, to the late Alfred and Sarah Evans. She was preceded in death by her husband James D. (JD) Cothron, one sister: Beulah Cothron Joseph and two brothers: Earl Evans and Hebert (Rock) Evans. She confessed her life in Christ at an early age. She was a member of Greater St. Paul A.M.E. Church. She leaves to cherish her memories: Two Sons: Otis (Sophia) Moore of Owen Cross Roads, Al., Issac Moore of Scottsboro, AL. Five Grandchildren: Desiree Moore, Jeffery (Cassie) Moore of Scottsboro, AL., Coy Moore of Auburn, AL., Dion (Katrina) Moore of Jacksonville, NC., and Deonta (Stephanie) Moore of Huntsville, AL. Six Great Grandchildren: Ja'Marion Russell, JaKobi Kilgro, Abrianna, Jeffery and Makera Moore of Scottsboro, AL., and Scarlett Moore of Indianapolis, IN. One sister: Dorothy Jean (Ada) Cullins of Scottsboro, AL. Four Sisters-in-law: Clodessa Evans of Scottsboro, AL., and Rosie Tucker of Hollywood, AL., Katie Toney of Huntsville, AL. and Faye Cothron of LaVergne, TN. Three Brothers-in-law: Otis Cothron of Scottsboro, AL., Rayford (Geraldine) Cothron of Bridgeport, AL., and Tommy (Ilene) Cothron of Hollywood, AL., and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins and friends. Visitation will be, Sunday Feb. 6, 2022 from 1:00 p.m. - 2:00 p.m. Funeral Services will be held following visitation at 2:00, at Rudder Funeral Home Chapel, both in Scottsboro, AL., with Rev.
