Beatrice Rowland Baine, 89 of Bridgeport, AL died January 5, 2010 at Grandview Medical Center in Jasper, TN. She was a member of Calvary Baptist Church and the Order of Eastern Star 124 of Jasper, TN. Mrs. Baine had owned the Bea's Beauty Shop in Bridgeport and had worked at North Jackson Hospital.
Johnnie Beatrice Rowland Baine was preceded in death by her husband of ten years William Harold Baine; parents: William Ashbury and Julia Smith Rowland; and nine brothers and sisters.
She is survived by her daughter and son-in-law Janice and Jerry Chism of Bridgeport; niece Judy (Johnny) Crownover of Bridgeport; nephew W.B. (Gloria) Gothard of IL; great-nephews: Larry McClain and Jimmy Crownover both of Bridgeport, Johnny Finney of Birmingham, AL, Jeff Crownover of Huntsville, AL; and many special friends.
Visitation will be Thursday 2-9 PM and Friday 10 AM-9 PM at the Rudder Funeral Home in Bridgeport, AL. The funeral service will be Saturday, January 9, at 2 PM at the funeral home chapel officiated by Rev. Jim Bernard and Rev. David Smith. Interment will be at the Pisgah Cemetery in Pisgah, AL.
