Betty Irene Pearson McGullion, 82 of Scottsboro, AL, passed away Monday, April 20, 2015 at Huntsville Hospital. She is preceded in death by her husbands: James Ray Purdy and James "Jimmy" R. McGullion; brothers: Charles "Tootie", Paul and Allen Pearson. Betty was a member of Center Point Baptist Church. Survivors include her daughters: Nancy (Perry) Thomas of Meridianville, AL, Patricia (Ike) Moore of Scottsboro, AL; step-son Roy Hugh McGullion of Bridgeport, AL; step-daughters: Susie McGullion of Hickman Co., TN and Lisa Johnson of Bridgeport, AL.
Grandchildren: Kristie Nash, Brock Burton, Wes Morrow, Josh Morrow, Tricia Hollifield, Jimmy Clyde McGullion, Amber McGullion, Brooke Bunch and Michelle McGullion.
Great-Grandchildren: Ceairra McCarter, Rebecca Cagle, Lilly Morrow, Brittany Burton, Kailee Rouse, Riley Morrow, Cayce and Neely O'Brien, Ryder Hollifield, Jake and Jackson McGullion, Christian Blevins, Calob McGullion, Bryson and Lynnlee Kate Bunch, and Grayson Chrisman.

The Visitation will be Thursday, April 23, 2015 from 4 PM until 9 PM at Rudder Fluneral Home in Scottsboro, AL. The Funeral Service will be Friday, April 24, 2015 at 1 PM at Center Point Baptist Church in Scottsboro, AL with Rev. David Moorman officiating.
