Miss Betty Alma Venable's Obituary
Betty Alma Venable age 62 of Hollywood passed away Wednesday, May 21, 2014 in Huntsville, Alabama.
Visitation will be held Saturday, May 24th from 5-8 at Rudder Funeral Home in Scottsboro. Funeral services will be held Sunday, May 25th at 2:00PM from the Fairfield Baptist Church in Hollywood, the body will lie in state at the church from 1-2 PM, with Bro. Dennis Whitten officiating. Burial will follow in the Hurt Cemetery.
Ms. Venable is survived by her son, Jeremy Selby of Scottsboro; aunt, Una Rae Webb; friend, Bea Blizzard; several cousins and other friends.
Betty was a nurse of 31 years at the Jackson Co. Hospital when she retired. She was a member of Fairfield Baptist Church.
