Beulah Rogers, 92 life-long resident of Stevenson, AL died April 26, 2009 at Highlands Medical Center. She worked on her family-owned farm her whole life and was a member of Oak Grove Baptist Church.
Beulah was preceded in death by her parents Benjamin Floyd and Mealy Steele Rogers; siblings Jack Rogers, Floyd Rogers, Alice Burton and Bessie Jean Rogers; and nephew Josephus Rogers.
She is survived by nephew Bobby Rogers of Stevenson, AL; niece Anna Jane (Terry) Hughes of Bridgeport, AL; niece-in-law Bettie Rogers of Stevenson; great-nephews Robert "Robby" Hughes of Bridgeport and David Hughes of Nashville, TN; great-nieces Shannon Rogers of Stevenson and Kristina Pelham of Bridgeport; and other relatives.
Visitation will be Tuesday 5-9 PM CDT at Rudder Funeral Home in Stevenson, AL. The funeral will be Wednesday, April 29, at 2 PM CDT at the funeral home chapel followed by burial at Caperton Cemetery in Stevenson, AL.
