Billie Ruth Smelley Bain's Obituary
Billie Ruth Smelley Bain of Lineville Alabama, formerly of Bridgeport, passed away Monday, October 30, 2023 at Lineville Health and Rehab, she was 87. Mrs. Bain graduated from Middle Tennessee State University with a Master’s Degree in Guidance Psychology and was a member of Rosalie Baptist Church.
Mrs. Bain is survived by her siblings J.T. Smelley Jr., Norma Jean Alexander, Arneta Crestridge, Joan Osborne, Jada Marie Milam, Jacqueline Elizabeth Patterson.
Preceded in death by her husband of 42 years, James Robert Bain; son, James Thomas Bain; parents, J.T. and Annie Lee Wingo Smelley; siblings, Charles Elmer Smelley, Clarence Daniel Smelley, James Arnold Smelley and Virginia Masterson.
