Billie is survived by her Daughter; Belynne Buvia, Son; Edward Otto Uthman, Grandchildren; Aja Emmanuel, Drew Uthman, Marissa Veneable, and 3 Great Grandchildren.
A Graveside service will be held on Tuesday, March 21, 2023 at St. Bonaventure Cemetery beginning at 12:00 PM.
