Carl Britton, 74 of Stevenson, AL, died August 11, 2009 at his home. He retired as the City of Stevenson Street Department Superintendent.
Billy Carl Britton was preceded in death by his wife Susie Aldine Wilson Britton; parents Cleave and Maggie Elizabeth Reid Britton; four sisters and four brothers.
He is survived by his son and daughter-in-law John and Jo Britton of Stevenson; grandsons Kenneth Britton of Fackler and Daniel Britton of Stevenson; great-grandchildren: Wade, Jade and Emma Britton.
Visitation will be Wednesday, 5-9 PM CDT at Rudder Funeral Home in Stevenson. The funeral will be 11 AM CDT Thursday, August 13, at the funeral home chapel officiated by Bro. Jerry Maynor. Interment will be at Stevenson City Cemetery.
