Mr. Calvin Edward Evans' Obituary
Mr. Calvin Edward Evans was born October 26, 1962
in Scottsboro, Alabama to the late
Mrs. Pauline Cox Evans and Mr. Frank Edward Evans.
He suddenly passed away from this life February 14, 2019 at 10:25 at Hospice Family Care Center. He was a member of the St. Elizabeth Missionary Baptist Church.
He was preceded in death by his parents,
Pauline and Frank; and sisters,
Edna Ruth Cox Stone and Belle Lee Provens.
He leaves to mourn his passing three daughters:
Danesha Ivory (Jasper, TN), Ruth Dunn (Scottsboro, AL), and JaKala Athley (Colin – Gurley, AL).
Six grandchildren: Niqolas and JaLisa Ivory (Jasper, TN), Desmond & Jada Dunn, Draya Ledford, Kobe Atchley.
Sister: Rhonda Evans (Scottsboro, AL).
Nephews: Nicholas Lee (Colorado),
Quentin Lee (Oxford, AL), and Matthew Lee, Skylar Lee, Paul Lee and Shingin Lee (Scottsboro, AL).
Great nieces; Kiesha Lee and Aniya Lee (Oxford, AL) and
Jalaizha Lee (Scottsboro, AL).
Great-nephews: Cass Lee (Oxford, AL), and
Ja’Kylan Lee (Scottsboro, AL).
One aunt: Janie Provens (Huntsville, AL) and one uncle, Larry Cox (Los Anglos, CA)
Special cousins: Audrey Provens,
Colonel W. Cox, “Jr” and Donald Eugene “Gene” Cox and
a host of other family and friends.
