The Meade family truly loved Ms. Jones. She was such a kind person and positive influence in our lives. Our sincerest condolences to her loved ones during this extremely difficult time.

My Aunt Carolyn was a beacon of light! She always put family first. Her faith never wavered and she always reminded others about the power of prayer!! Prayer was her weapon and it was no secret! She defied the odds on countless occassions leaving doctors amazed by her miraculous comebacks. God called her to be testimony to all she encountered. I will forever hold her memories close to my heart!! I celebrate her life and her legacy. Thank you God for giving us such a beautiful jewel... she ran her race and finished strong! Job Well done Aunt Carolyn... take your rest. You will forever be missed. Love you!
Miss Walker was my second grade teacher in 1973! Fast forward to 2002, she taught my son but she was now “Mrs. Jones”. Five years later, she was my daughter’s English teacher. Regardless, if she was Miss Walker or Mrs. Jones to you, she left an amazing legacy to not only to the African American community but to everyone she taught.
Rest well, Mrs. Jones……. “Job Well Done”!!!
Prayers and condolences to the family. Sorry for your loss of such a beautiful and sweet woman.
Prayers for family and she will be missed!
