Mr. Cecil T. Wilkerson 84 of Arab passed away on Sunday August 31, 2025 at his home. Cecil was a US Navy veteran and was retired from Redstone Arsenal.
The family will receive friends on Tuesday September 16, 2025 at the Rudder Funeral Home in Scottsboro
from 4:00 PM until 5:30 PM Cecil is survived by his daughters and son-in-laws Sharon and Norman Casto, and Susan and Marty Hudgins, Grand daughters Nikki and Cameron Horton, Erin and Evan Williams, Great grandson Caleb Horton, and brother-in-law Howard Clemons. Cecil was preceded in death by his wife Mildred, sister Fannie Clemons, sister Joanne Moss Brother-in-law George Moss, and his parents
