Charles Raymond Bradford, Jr. 89 of Scottsboro died Saturday Dec. 26, 2009 at Highlands Health and Rehab Center. The family will receive friends Monday Dec. 28, 2009 from 11 AM until 12:30 PM from the Bradford Hall at St. Lukes Episcopal Church in Scottsboro, Al. The Funeral Services for Mr. Bradford will held at 1 PM from St. Lukes Episcopal Church. Burial will follow in Cedar Hill Cemetery
