Charles Thomas Cook Jr., age 67, of Hollywood, Alabama passed away on Friday, October 4, 2019.
He is survived by his brother: James Edward Cook; caregiver & friend: Greg Proctor and cousins.
Charles was preceded in death by his parents: Charles Thomas Cook Sr. and Rose Marie McGahey Cook.
Visitation will be held on Monday, October 7, 2019 from 2 PM - 4:30 PM at the Rudder Funeral Home in Scottsboro, AL.
Graveside service and burial into Cedar Hill Cemetery will be held on Monday, October 7, 2019 at 5 PM immediately following visitation.
In lieu of flowers donations may be made to a charity of choice in memory of Charles Thomas Cook Jr.
