Charles Cook's Obituary
Charles Thomas Cook, Sr. 92, of Hollywood, died on November 28, 2012 at DeKalb
Regional Medical Center.
Mr. Cook worked for and retired from the USDA Soil Conservation Service.
He was also in the Army Air Force during WWII .
He is survived by sons; Tommy Cook of Hollywood, James Ed (Connie) Cook of Rainsville. Grandchildren; Chris Cook of Rainsville and Cody & Cayla Herrington of Rainsville.
Mr. Cook was preceded in death by his wife, Rose Marie Cook and sister, Rebecca
Geurin.
