Christine "Tine" Cowley's Obituary
Christine “Tine” Cowley 90, of Scottsboro, died Tuesday, July 23, 2013, at Cloverdale Manor.
Visitation for Christine will be 11:00 AM- 1:00 PM, Thursday, July 25, 2013 at Rudder Funeral Home, Scottsboro. Funeral services will be immediately after visitation at 1:00 PM.
Rev. Donna King will officiate and interment will be at Gross Cemetery.
Ms. Cowley is survived by nephews; Billy Cowley & David Skelton of Scottsboro and Robert H. Skelton of Blue Ridge, GA., niece, Mary D. Cowley of Scottsboro, great-niece, Belinda S. Meyer, of Atlanta, GA,
Michael, Matthew and Mark Holden of Cleveland, TN.
Christine was a member of New Hope Methodist Church of Scottsboro and a member of the United Methodist Women.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Preston and Ida Cowley, brother, Grady Cowley and sister, Lucille C. Skelton.
In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to New Hope Methodist Church.
The family would like to thank the staff of both Cloverdale Manor and ABC Hospice for their tender loving care of Ms. Christine.
