Clara Waldrop Roach, 76 of Stevenson, AL died December 12, 2010 at Grandview Medical Center in Jasper, TN.
Mary Clara was the daughter of the late Gus Mack and Frieda Alice Barbee Waldrop, born December 8, 1934 in Cameronsville, AL.
Besides her parents, Mrs. Roach was preceded in death by: her husband Franklin Eugene Roach; brothers: James, Albert "Pete" and James "Rube" Waldrop and sister Sarah Warren.
Survivors include: children: Ricky (Maria) Roach of South Pittsburg, TN, Joy (Steven) Audette of TX; grandchildren: Hope Avans, Heather and Charity Renick, Jamie, Melody and Ashley Roach; great-grandchildren: Matthew and Emily Avans, Nicholas Falls, Julia Castello, Aiden Rios, and Chole Veloz; brothers: Gus "Junior" (Macy) Waldrop, William (Peggy) Waldrop and Johnny Hugh (Debbie) Waldrop; and a host of other relatives.
Visitation will be Tuesday 3-9 PM CT at Rudder Funeral Home in Stevenson, AL. The funeral will be 2 PM CT on Wednesday, December 15, at the funeral home chapel. Interment will be at Caperton Chapel Cemetery in Flat Rock, AL. www.rudderfuneralhomes.com
