In 2012, I went through the hardest period of my life. My wife had just left and from July-December, I was without electricity and eventually a vehicle, while struggling with alcoholism. Mr. Bryant lived two houses down from me and opened his home to this lowdown stranger that often wreaked of cheap booze. He fed me, let me sit with him and his family many nights, took me to church, let me do laundry, and never once asked for anything in return. I would not be here today if it wasn't for this amazing man and friend. My sincerest condolences to Wendy, Chad, Thomas, and anyone else fortunate enough to know this example of what a good, decent, hard-working person is and should be. We are all at a loss, but I have absolutely no doubt that he is rejoicing in Heaven. Thank you, Jimmy. I'm a better person having known you. See you on the other side.
