David Dewayne Severs, 40 of Stevenson, AL, died May 17, 2010 at Highlands Medical Center in Scottsboro, AL. Dave was the son of Carl David and Rosie Joyce Baugh Severs born November 24, 1969 in Chattanooga, TN. He was employed as a Market Manager for Sav-A-Lot in Scottsboro, AL.
Mr. Severs was preceded in death by his grandmothers Willie Mae Severs and Martha L. Coffman.
Besides his parents, Dave is survived by his daughter Jessica Severs; granddaughter Claire Britney Horne; sister Tonya Grider; niece Leslie Grider; nephew Kameron Grider; several aunts, uncles, cousins and other relatives.
The family will receive friends Thursday, 10 AM to 9 PM CDT at Rudder Funeral Home in Stevenson, AL. The funeral service will be Friday, May 21, at 11 AM CDT at the funeral home chapel officiated by Rev.
