Delera Wilbourn Gattis, 81 of Scottsboro, passed away Tuesday, September 10, 2013 surrounded by family and special friends.
Graveside services will be held Thursday, September 12 at Pinehaven Memorial Gardens beginning at 6:00 PM.
Mrs. Gattis is survived by her daughter, Sheila (James David) Hodges of Scottsboro; Grandchildren, Heather (Jason) Vardaman of Hayden, AL, Hana (Erik) Foshee of Scottsboro; Great-grandchildren, Morgan and Maggie Kate Foshee of Scottsboro; God Children, Elaine Anderson of Scottsboro, Danny and Pam Hodges, Bobbie Harrison all of Scottsboro, Kristen and Emily Johnson of Scottsboro, and Alex Johnson of Huntsville; Brother, Ellis Wilbourn, Paint Rock; Sister, Irma Jean Flanagan of Garth; Her beloved dog Parker; Extended Family, Alacare Home Health of Scottsboro.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Wilson Gattis; Parents, Hess and Lillie Wilbourn; Brother, Harve Wilbourn; and Sister Lora Parton.
The family will receive friends from 2PM-5:30PM Thursday, September 12, 2013 at Rudder Funeral Home of Scottsboro.
