Dollie Demple Guthrie Brown, 66 of Bridgeport, AL died November 15, 2011 at Cumberland Health and Rehabilitation in Bridgeport, AL. Dollie is the daughter of the late John Willie and Rachel Mandy Ranney Guthrie born October 4, 1945 in Stevenson, AL. She was the widow of Tommy Brown. Dollie was a member of Stevenson Advent Christian Church.
Survivors include: sister Mary Ann Roach of Stevenson, brother John Noah Guthrie of TN; aunt Ruby Swafford; and other relatives and friends.
Visitation will be Wednesday, 4-9 PM CT at Rudder Funeral Home in Stevenson, AL. The funeral service will be Thursday, Nov. 17, at 2 PM CT at the funeral home chapel officiated by Rev. Bud Guess. Interment will be at the Caperton's Chapel in Flat Rock, AL.
