Donald Raymond Carter, 60, of Scottsboro passed away March 18, 2015 at his residence. He is survived by his sister Ann Williamson of Scottsboro, AL. Other survivors include his niece Chanda (Michael) Trahan of Huntsville, AL and a great-nephew Carter Trahan.
Visitation will be Friday, March 19, 2015 from 12 - 1 PM at Rudder Funeral Home in Scottsboro. Graveside service will be at 1 PM from Cedar Hill Cemetery in Scottsboro with Bro. Terry Broome officiating.
In lieu of flowers, the family asks that memorial contributions be made to the Broad Street Learning Center.
