Dorena Moore Cullins departed this life on October 4, 2022 at Memorial Hospital, Chattanooga, TN, at the Beckoning call of her Lord and Savior Jesus Christ.
She was born September 28, 1931 to Robert and Ora Moore.
She was married to Robert Cullins.
To this union, three children were born.
She was preceded in death by her husband Gerald Hall; siblings, Ed Moore, Talley, Fred, Raymond, J.T. Moore, Levolia Tucker and Virgil Cummings.
She accepted Christ at an early age at St. Paul A.M.E. Church of Scottsboro, Alabama.
Dorena leaves to mourn her loss, two daughters, Janet Nicholson, Loretta (Walter) Harris; son, Robert James Cullins of Scottsboro, AL., Grandchildren, Sandy, Samuel, Walter, Tara, Bridget, Rodrick, D’Aundra, Vanessa, Pastor Bobby Hendrieth; Great grandchildren, Alex, John, Shun, Adonis, Kesa, Monte, Ayanah, Alia, Rylan; Great great grandson, Kaylem, and a host of relatives, and a very special friend, Marie Doss.
Visitation will be from 12:00 p.m. to 1:00 p.m., Thursday, October 13, 2022 at Greater St. Paul A.M.E. Church, Scottsboro. Funeral services will start at 1:00 p.m. at the Church, with Pastor Bobby Hendrieth officiating. Interment will be at Cedar Hill Cemetery, Scottsboro.
