Douglas Wade Atkins, age 53, of Scottsboro, Alabama passed away on Tuesday July 30, 2019.
Wade is survived by his wife Julia Stewart Atkins; father: Jessie Atkins, Jr., daughters: Olivia Marie Atkins, Emily Faith Atkins and Madi Jade Atkins; sisters: Nona (Chris) Stephens, Brandy (Ken) Willeford.
He was preceded in death by his son Jacob Wade Atkins; mother: Carolyn Chambers Atkins.
The family will receive friends on Friday August 02, 2019 from 5 PM until 8 PM at the Rudder Funeral Home in Scottsboro.
Funeral service for Douglas Wade Atkins will be held on Saturday August 03, 2019 at 2 PM in the Chapel of Rudder Funeral Home with Bro. David Talley officiating.
Burial will follow into Cedar Hill Cemetery – Scottsboro, AL.
