Edna Pearl Ballard's Obituary
Edna Pearl Peters Ballard, 96, of Stevenson, Alabama passed away September 1, 2018 at her home surrounded by family. Edna was the daughter of the late Mitt and Maybell Loyd Peters, born February 21, 1922 in Stevenson, Alabama. Edna was employed at Avondale as a spinning operator and was a member of First Baptist Church in Stevenson.
Besides her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband of 80 years Dick Ballard and her daughter Nancy Keller.
Survivors include her children Wallace (Barbara) Ballard, of Bridgeport, Richard (Donna) Ballard, of Stevenson, Roger (Betty Ann) Ballard, of Bridgeport. She had 8 grandchildren, 17 great-grandchildren and 4 great-great grandchildren.
Visitation will be held Sunday, September 2, 2018 from 5:00-8:00 PM at Rudder Funeral Home in Stevenson, Alabama. The Funeral Service will be Monday, September 3, 2018 at 2:00 PM in the funeral home chapel officiated by Bro. Josh Posey and Bro. Don Cooper.
