Edward Martin Sharp's Obituary
Edward Martin “Ed” Sharp, age 71 of Scottsboro, AL, passed away Monday, August 6, 2018. He was retired from Alabama Game and Fish after 25 years of employment, and was also a member of the Walter R. Bogart Lodge 882 in Hollywood where he was Master Mason. Ed was the son of the late Ruth Womack and Arthur Sharp, and was also preceded in death by his brother, Jimmy Sharp; and sister, Missy Holder. He is survived by his wife, Deloris McBride Sharp; daughters, Teresa and Labrone Brownfield, Marsha and Tony Humphres, and Joni and Tim Ingram; grandchildren, Sarah Westmoreland, Emily Brownfield, Tyler and Autumn Ingram, and Brayden and Callen Humphres; sister, Dianne and Jim Stephens; special brother-in-law and best friend, Bob Miller; as well as several nieces, nephews, and other family. Visitation for Ed will be Wednesday, August 8 from 5-9pm at Rudder Funeral Home in Scottsboro. The funeral service will be Thursday, August 9 at 4pm in the funeral home chapel. Bro.
