Elizabeth Bryant Carter's Obituary
Elizabeth Bryant Carter, age 87 of Scottsboro, passed away Saturday, December 7, 2013 at Highlands Medical Center. Visitation will be held on Monday, December 9th from 12:00-1:00PM at Rudder Funeral Home in Scottsboro. Funeral services will also be held Monday beginning at 1:00PM in the chapel with Mr. Terry Broome officiating and interment following in Cedar Hill Cemetery.
Mrs. Carter is a member of the Jackson County High School class of 1944, member of the Broad Street Church of Christ, and worked as a dental assistant for Dr. Paul Dawson for many years.
Survivors include a son, Don R. Carter of Scottsboro; daughter, Ann Carter Williamson of Scottsboro; granddaughter and son, Chanda and Michael Trahan; great grandson, Carter Trahan; brother, Neal Bryant Jr. of Scottsboro; sister, Sue Thomas of Pell City, AL; and several other nieces and nephews.
