Visitation for Elizabeth is 5-8 PM, Monday, November 18, 2013 at Rudder Funeral Home in Scottsboro.
Funeral Services for her will be 11 AM, Tuesday, November 19, 2013 at Rudder Funeral Home Chapel.
Bro. Charles McCay, officiating, with interment at Pinehaven Memorial Gardens.
She is survived by son and daughter-in-law, Ray and Donna Frazier of Woodville
Daughter and son-in-law, Charlotte and Ray Pace of Scottsboro.
Grandchildren; Lisa & Scott Satterfield and Megan Miller.
Great-grandchildren; Morgan & Page Satterfield, Alex & Kylie Miller.
Brothers; Dan Rousseau of Hixon, TN and Wintford Rousseau of Brownsboro, AL
Sisters; Opal Rounsavall, Lila Stewart, Mildred Saint, Alta Saint.
Elizabeth is preceded in death by husband, James E. Frazier, parents, Dave & Beulah Rousseau and brother, Homer Rousseau.
Family memorials may be sent to Limrock Methodist Church, Heartlite Hospice, or Highlands Health & Rehab.
