Elizabeth Ann Davis Peters-Jenkins, 63 of Bridgeport, AL died March 5, 2010 at Huntsville Hospital. She was the daughter of the late Lyle and Irene Wilson Davis born February 7, 1947 in Eldorado, AK.
Elizabeth had worked as a spinning operator at Shaw Industries in South Pittsburg, TN and was a member of Lakeview Baptist Church.
She was preceded in death by her parents; husband Lester Jenkins; former husband Grady Eugene Smith; brother Billy Davis; sister Dr. Josey Davis; and granddaughter Ashley Yvette Peters.
She is survived by her son Lyle Peters, Sr. of Bridgeport, AL; grandson Pfc. Lyle Peters, Jr. stationed at a U.S. Army Base in Germany and will soon be leaving for Afganistan; sister Peggy (Sam) Wadsworth of TX; former daughter-in-law LaDona (Eddie) Knopps of Scottsboro, AL; beloved dog Pooter; nieces, nephews and other relatives.
