Evelyn Sisk Cook's Obituary
Mrs. Evelyn Sisk Cook, age 89 of Scottsboro, passed away Sunday, May 6, 2018 at Huntsville Hospital. She is survived by her son, Pat and Cindy Cook of Scottsboro, and Mike and Peggy Cook of Tuscumbia; daughter-in-law, Maria Cook of Muscle Shoals; grandchildren, Michael Cook, Stephanie Jones, Lee Cook, Ross Cook, Kelley Woods, and Alex Cook; great-grandsons, Hunter, Aiden, Cohen, Chase, Avery, Trent, Eli, and Logan; and brother, Tommy Sisk of Scottsboro. She is preceded in death by her husband, Walter Lee Cook; son, James Walter “Jim” Cook; and parents, Charley and Ollie Sisk. The family will receive friends from 12-4pm on Tuesday, May 8 at Rudder Funeral Home in Scottsboro. The funeral service for Mrs. Cook will begin at 4pm in the funeral home chapel with Dr. Robert Gamble officiating, and burial will follow at Cedar Hill Cemetery.
