Fred Howard Wells, 77 of Stevenson, AL died December 13, 2009 at his home. He was born March 14, 1932 in Sinking Cove, TN to Oscar and Lela Melinda Campbell Wells. He retired from Shaw Industries as a machine operator.
He was preceded in death by his parents and wife Helen Marie Elliott Wells.
Mr. Wells is survived by his children: Fred Nelson Wells, Laura Gibson both of Stevenson, AL and Rita Barnett of Winchester, TN; grandsons Wesley (Kristina) Pellam of Bridgeport, AL, Michael Sanders of Winchester, TN and sister Jean Niles of Nashville, TN.
There will be a private service at Rudder Funeral Home in Stevenson, AL. Interment will be at Crownover Cemetery in Anderson, TN
