Gary Wayne Dave's Obituary
Mr. Gary Wayne Dave “Jigsaw” was born to Edward Dave Sr. and Inez Dave on February 2, 1954, in Stevenson, Alabama. He accepted Christ at an early age. During his life he worked for California Highway Patrol and was a marine. He also had degrees in Criminal Justice and Mortuary Science.
He departed this life on Friday, March 14, 2025, at the age of 71 surrounded by his brother and sisters. He was preceded in death by his Wife; Dona Dave, Father; Edward Dave Sr., Mother; Inez Dave, Brothers; Edward Dave Jr., and Corey Dave, Nephew; Levon Dave and Niece; Katrice Henry.
Mr. Dave leaves to mourn his passing Daughters; Mikaela Dave (AZ) and Ana Dave (Chattanooga, TN), Grandson; Kevon Dave (Jasper, TN), Brothers; Leon Dave and Stanley Dave, Sisters; Mary Nicholson (Bridgeport, AL), Susan Cole (Uniondale, NY), Ella Henry and Sandra Ballard (Bridgeport, AL), Evon Dave (Huntsville, AL), Terry Dave (Mooresville, NC), Sonya Dave (Gastonia, NC), Special Marine Friends, Mike Dalrymple, Billy Carmichael and Jimmy Sanchez, Special Friend; Jerry Wellington (Stevenson, AL), and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
Visitation will be on Sunday, March 23, 2025, at Rudder Funeral Home from 2:00 – 3:00 PM with Funeral Services to follow in the Chapel beginning at 3:00 PM with Danny Rader officiating.
