Glenda Matthews Sanders' Obituary
Glenda Matthews Sanders, age 74 of Scottsboro, AL, passed away on Thursday, March 30, 2017. She is survived by her loving husband of 54 years, Bill Sanders; daughter, Yvette Deneen Sanders; grandchildren, Jessica Sanders (Allen) Luna and Matthew Hill; great-grandchildren, Trynton Hill and Krymsin Luna; sisters, Betty Cloud and LaVonne Haven; brothers, Millard F. (Jenifer) Matthews and Richard Matthews; as well as several nieces and nephews. She is preceded in death by her parents, Millard Filmore and Annie Pearl Matthews; sister, Barbara Payne; and brothers, Oscar and Charles Alvin Matthews. Visitation for Mrs. Sanders will be Saturday, April 1, 2017 from 5-8pm at Rudder Funeral Home in Scottsboro. The funeral service will be Sunday, April 2, 2017 at 2pm at the Rudder Funeral Home chapel with Bro. James Craft officiating. Burial will follow at Cedar Hill Cemetery.
