Helen Guess Barron, 76 of Tampa, FL, born in Stevenson, AL, passed away February 22, 2014. Helen is preceded in death by her parents Foster and Girthel Howell Guess.
Survivors include: her daughters Girthel B. (Wayne) Griffin of Jacksonville, FL, Doris (Jacob) Ewing of Tampa, FL; sons: Claude M. (Joan) Hawes of Broadway, NC, Gerald O. (Deborah) Barron of Tampa, FL; six grandchildren; three great-grandchildren; brothers Sam and David Guess; ex-husband George O. Barron.
Helen graduated from Robinson High School.
Visitation will be Sunday, at 12 noon at Rudder Funeral Home in Stevenson, AL. The Graveside Service will begin at 2 PM at Mt. Carmel Cemetery in Bridgeport, AL.
