Henry "Buddy" Duvard Kelley, 93, of Stevenson passed away May 17, 2014 at Cloverdale Manor Nursing Home in Scottsboro. A U.S. Army veteran of World War II, Mr. Kelley was a member of V.F.W. Local Post 10564 and a member of Rudders Chapel Baptist Church of Stevenson.
