Herbert Randy Bailey, 68 of Bridgeport, AL died February 11, 2011 at his home. Mr. Bailey was a Retired U. S. Army Vietnam Veteran and Retired Deputy Sheriff of Bell County Texas and was a member of the local VFW.
Herbert was the son of the late Herbert and Mary Bell Wages Bailey. He was also preceded in death by his daughters Justina Lynn "Twiggy" Bailey and Shannon Michelle Bailey VanDyke.
Survivors include his wife of 49 years Ruth Ann Gross Bailey of Bridgeport, AL; sister Betty Jean Arthur; nieces, nephews; great-nieces and great-nephews and other relatives.
Visitation will be Sunday, February 13, 5-8 PM CT at Rudder Funeral Home in Stevenson, AL.
A Funeral Service will be held in Killeen, TX arranged by Crawford-Bowers Funeral Home. Interment and Military Honors will be held at the Killeen Memorial Park. www.rudderfuneralhomes.com
