Eugene Stahl, 88 of Bridgeport, AL, died January 3, 2020. Visitation will be 10-1 Monday, January 6, at Rudder Funeral Home in Bridgeport. The Funeral Service will begin at 1 Monday in the funeral home chapel officiated by Bro. Houston Thomas. Interment will be in Sequatchie Valley Memorial Gardens in Jasper, TN.
Howard Eugene Stahl was the son of William Earl and Beulah Gertrude Duke Stahl, born June 30, 1931 in Scottsboro, AL. He served in the U.S. Air Force between 1948-1950. Eugene worked for TVA 43 years as an auxiliary operator. He was a member of: First Baptist Church in Bridgeport, Masonic Lodge #543 in Bridgeport, Chattanooga Scottish Rites and Shriners.
Survivors include his wife of 70 years Mary Don Gass Stahl; children: Dianne Wimberly of Soddy Daisy, TN, Howard Stahl, Jr. of Fayetteville, TN, John Stahl of Tuscaloosa, AL; 4 grandchildren; 3 great-grandchildren; and sister Sandra Coulter.
