Hugh Curtis Lee's Obituary
Hugh Lee, age 74 of Scottsboro, AL, passed away on Sunday, June 25, 2017. He was born May 19, 1943, in Scottsboro to Delbert and Maude Lee. He is survived by his wife, Ruth Lee; son, Darren (Connie) Lee; daughter, Becky (Adam) Smart; grandchildren, Whitney (James) Seymour and Drake Lee; brothers, Hubert H. Lee, William (Linda) Lee, and Russell (Sandy) Lee; sisters, Christine Lee, Mary Nell (Melvin) Eakin, and Virginia (Jimmy) Wilson; sisters-in-law, Christine Lee and Donna Lee; as well as a host of nieces, nephews, and friends. He was preceded in death by his parents, Delbert and Maude Lee; brothers, Delbert “Son” Lee, Jr., Bill Lee, Paul Lee, John Clinton Lee, and James Orbit Lee; and sister, Hazel Garner. Visitation for Mr. Lee will be Monday, June 26, 2017 from 5-8 PM at Rudder Funeral Home in Scottsboro. The funeral service will be Tuesday, June 27, 2017 at 10 AM at Rudder Funeral Home Chapel, with Bro. Krel Buckelew and Pastor Greg DeVries officiating.
