I really enjoyed looking at all the pictures and trying to figure who was who. Thank you for sharing them. I remember Ms. Ida Mae at Betty's retirement reception and how beautiful she looked that day. She was a lovely lady and raised a caring family who looked after her well. That is a wonderful thing to be able to say about a person.
I worked with Ida Mae at GayTred - JP Stevens. When I think of her, two things stand out. One was when we started across the parking lot in the pouring rain and while most of us were complaining about the rain, she was saying, "The Lord gave us this rain, just like He gave us the sunshine." The other was on her 70th birthday. Someone asked her how her birthday had been, and she said, "I got up this morning and bath and breakfast, and I don't hurt nowhere!" She made me think of I Thessalonians 5:18 - "In everything give thanks…" I know you miss her.
