James Otis Willmon Sr.'s Obituary
James Otis Willmon, Sr. 75 of Bridgeport, AL, died June 2, 2018 at his home. James was the son of the late Johnny Reb and Eliza Ivey Willmon born March 16, 1943 in Fackler, Alabama. James had been an insurance salesman with Liberty Mutual Insurance Company and member of White Dove Church of God.
Besides his parents he was preceded in death by his baby Jackie Dearl Willmon; brothers and sisters: Kenneth, Johnny Jr., Lucille, Vivian, and Jackie.
Survivors include: his wife Carole Ann Selleck Willmon; children: James (Melody) Willmon, Jr., Rodney Shane Willmon, Jason (Jennifer) Willmon, Angie (Brandon) Warnock; several grandchildren and great-grandchildren; also, four special step-children: Julie, Jason, Joni, Jayna; brothers and sisters: Dearl (Joyce) Willmon, Wayne (Louise) Willmon, Diana (Paul) Kephart, Mary Catherine Hickerson; several nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be 5-9 Monday at Rudder Funeral Home in Stevenson, AL. The Funeral Service will be Tuesday, June 5, at 2 PM in the funeral home chapel officiated by Rev. Jerry Maynor and Rev. Robbie Donnelly. Interment will be in Pinehaven Memorial Gardens in Hollywood, AL. www.rudderfuneralhomes.com
