Mr Joe William Porch's Obituary
Mr. Joe William Porch 77 of Scottsboro Passed away on Monday December 23, 2019 at the Highlands Medical Center in Scottsboro. Joe was a Deacon at the First Baptist Church in Scottsboro, member of the Scottsboro Lions Club, former member of the Scottsboro Planning Commission, Scottsboro Industrial Board, Small Business Counsel, and
the Round Table Lunch Bunch. Joe was the Owner of East Valley Pest Control until his retirement.
The family will receive friends on Friday December 27, 2019 at Rudder Funeral Home in Scottsboro from 5 PM until 7 PM and then on Saturday
at the Scottsboro First Baptist Church from 12 Noon until 1 PM Funeral services will begin at 1 PM with Bro. Shanty Dill officiating
burial will follow in Cedar Hill Cemetery in Scottsboro, Al.
Joe is survived by his wife of 51 years Frances "Fran" Porch, Son and
Daughter-in-law Derek and Desiree Porch, Daughter and Son-in-law
Andrea and Mike Herbert, Four Grandchildren Mason Sharp, Will Porch,
Gabi Herbert, Matthew Herbert. His Brother and Sister-in-law Bobby and
Cloie Porch. Joe was preceded in death by his parents. Selma and Nelle Wright Porch. The family wishes in Lieu of flowers memorials may be made to St Jude Children's Hospital or the Scottsboro First Baptist Church.
