Another cousin gone. I remember the good times we had. Rest in peace.
Been buying and shopping with Joe and Robert since I was a kid. Joe always had a joke or story to tell. Rest in peace friend
Joe Shook had a kind heart and a good sense of humor. I first met him when I was a young boy in his shop. He’d always have funny antics (spraying cheese in my hand because apparently “it makes guitarists play better”, joking with the police during the Homecoming parade, etc.), and he also had a good heart. He once gave me a free video game for Christmas, which is a kind gesture I’ll never forget.
He will definitely be missed by his family, friends, coworkers, and the city of Scottsboro.
Prayers…..
RIP ole friend. Karen & Darrel Woodward
