John Clayton Allen's Obituary
John Clayton "Big John" Allen, 80 of Stevenson, AL, died April 10, 2019. Visitation will be Thursday 6-8 PM at Rudder Funeral Home in Stevenson. The Funeral Service will be Friday, April 12, at 11 AM in the funeral home chapel officiated by Bro. Joel Shiflett. Interment will be in Longacre Cemetery.
John was the son of the late Hess and Ruth Williams Allen born October 28, 1938 in Hollywood, AL. He was a Jackson County Board of Education School Bus Driver for many years. Besides his parents, he was preceded in death by his sister Mary Tex Allen. He is survived by his wife Beverly Sue Rich Allen and son Geoff Allen, other relatives and friends.
