John Roosevelt Ingram's Obituary
John Roosevelt Ingram, 85 of Flat Rock, AL, died January 10, 2018 at his home. John is the son of the late Jesse James and Mable Ruth Davis Ingram born November 24, 1932 in Fabius, AL. He was a Dade Co. High School Graduate and a U.S. Army Korean War Veteran. He had worked as a welder at Combustion Engineering in Chattanooga, TN.
Besides his parents, he was preceded in death by his wife of 58 years Faye Ella Boshears Ingram; daughters: Teresa Matthews, Ruthetta Ingram; grandson Jessie James "J.J." Ingram.
Survivors include his son Rickey Eugene Ingram; grandchildren: Elijah Ingram, John Newland, Zack Roberts, Rickey Ingram, Tonya Ingram, Tony Ingram, Heather Hutcheson, Tabitha Veal; and 8 great-grandchildren.
Visitation will be Saturday, 3-6 PM at Rudder Funeral Home in Stevenson, AL. A Graveside Service will be Sunday, January 14, at 2 PM at Smith Cemetery in Flat Rock, AL. www.rudderfuneralhomes.com
