Josephine M. Eakin's Obituary
Josephine M. Eakin, age 86 of Scottsboro, passed away on July 3, 2015. She is survived by her son Ricky Eakin; daughter Phyllis (Hayden) Collins; three grandchildren Haylea Cooper, Heather Smith, and Garrett Eakin; four great grandchildren Reese Smith, Rhett Smith, Josh Keel, and Baylen Cooper; and several nieces and nephews. Ms. Eakin is preceded in death by her husband R.C. Eakin. Visitation will be at Rudder Funeral Home on July 3 from 6:00 - 9:00 PM. The funeral is July 4 at 11:00 AM in the Rudder Funeral Home chapel with burial to follow at Pinehaven Cemetery with Brother Roy Venable officiating.
