Judith Ann Phillips Durham, 69 of Monteagle, TN died February 3, 2011 at Parkridge East Hospital in Chattanooga, TN. Judy was the daughter of the late James Leslie and Faye Vera Rowland Phillips born August 4, 1941 in Stevenson, AL. She was a graduate of Bridgeport High School. She had worked as a machine operator in textile mills. Judy was the widow of Jack Durham.
Survivors include her children: Varon Dean "Corky" (Katherine) Phillips of Cumberland Furnace, TN, Vicki Phillips of Justice, IL, Jackie Durham of Wartburg, TN, Jordan Esparza of Monteagle, TN; grandchildren: Zef Raci, Rolando Phillips, Alisha Phillips, Adam Phillips, Wade Phillips; 4 great-grandchildren; siblings: Donna Lancaster of Jasper, TN, Roger Bunch of Chattanooga, TN and other relatives.
Besides her parents and husband, she was preceded in death by her siblings: Paula Haggard, Jerry Phillips and Ronnie Bunch.
A Memorial Service will be held Sunday, March 13, at 3 PM CDT at the First United Methodist Church in Tracy City, TN officiated by Rev. Danny Coffelt. Rudder Funeral Home in Stevenson, AL is assisting the family. www.rudderfuneralhomes.com
