Kathy is Survived by her Husband, Brian LeRoy, Son, Joseph LeRoy (Ashley), Grandchildren, Haley Rowe, Hunter LeRoy, and Mother-in-Law, Mary LeRoy.
She is Preceded in death by her Parents, Bud Sampley and Naomi Milligan, Brother, David Sampley, and Father-in-Law, Wesley LeRoy.
